What is a Trade Report?

A Trade Report (also sometimes referred to as a Trade Overview) is a single, detailed document showing the basic data you've entered for a trade and a timeline of the financial and operational milestones. This is useful for a quick understanding of a single trade, or if you want to print out trade details or save them to a PDF. Also, any offer you receive for Procurement as a Service will have a Trade Overview as of the date of the offer attached. It can be viewed as the source of truth for a given trade on a given date.

Accessing a Trade Report

There are two ways of accessing a trade report. For both, start in the Trades tab.

1. Select the 3 dot icon under the "Actions" header next to the trade you want a report of, then select the "View Trade" option (also indicated by the eye icon).

This should open up your trade report in a separate window.

2. If you're in the Trade Activity page, you can click the eye icon to view your trade report in a separate window.
